This Oscar-qualifying festival was established in 2015 by the Art Circle Association to provide an opportunity for filmmakers to present their works to the public, aiming to be a global lighthouse of cinema.

Abu Dhabi
Since 2022, Cineolio has joined forces with Black Box Cinema which is focused on presenting Arab short films, spreading film culture to new circles, and giving different audiences the chance to come closer to Arab cinema. The program also presents special screenings from other non-Arab countries (Germany in 2022 and Turkiye in 2023).
New York
